salary is bad, no management skills of the managing board, no good hr management, not up to date, chaotic, no leadership team, old-fashioned, no structure, fake - pretending to be a modern and innovative company but in real very old fashioned, no communication - big meetings with no content, lack of flexibility, no vision, no talent management,
