      Pros

      Flexible, lots to learn and lots to contribute and improve because of the start-up attitude and atmosphere (but this is also a downside).

      Cons

      Despite that it grew to about 500 employees, nobody has put in place any processes or structure. Things are often kaotic, people don't know each other (even when they are supposed to collaborate on the same project). There is no project management at all. As a result results are very uneven (it depends on the personal style of who was involved and on luck): sometimes projects end up well, but very often they don't and everybody is running around firefighting.
