      Pros

      I like that they like when you take responsibility. Approve many ideas that don't fit extrictly with your role.

      Cons

      They have not really good way to "say goodbye" to people, and HR can be a little bit "obscure" in how they do things, excusing themselves with the "Board decisions".

      Cons

      There has been a hiring freeze for several years, leading to a heavy workload. The return-to-office policy requires 3 days a week, with exceptions made for a select few. There is almost no access to quiet spaces, and the open-space offices are noisy, making it hard to focus. Growth opportunities are almost nonexistent unless you stay with the company long-term. Over the past few years, the heavy workload has left little to no time for professional development or training opportunities, making it difficult for employees to grow and improve their skills.
