Pros

Awesome pay, work/life balance, fast paced, great values, good benefits, growth opportunities. Easy bonuses for part timers, Full timers, Sups, & visuals.

Cons

High expectations with sometimes little to no hours. Harder for SM's & DM's to bonus. Hard to keep one seasoned staff together because of all the growth, support needed, & transfers to ideal locations.

Pros

Umm.... The discount. but not worth your sanity!

Cons

Basically nothing that hasn't been said before. The upper management is awful. The pay is mediocre, and they expect way too much from their employees, i mean things that are not humanly possible to accomplish and then nitpick every little thing that is wrong. But NEVER say anything if your doing a good job. It is the most negative toxic environment I have ever worked for 1.Rapidly expanding company hires less than qualified people. 2.The true sorce of promotions comes from people promoting ppl they like (even the district team) 3.They DO NOT CARE about their employees, and if they don't like you they try to get rid of you 4.Extremely unproffessional environment. I wouldnt wish this job on my worst enemy on his worst day. I have read other peoples posts that go more indepth, just know that they are all true!

Pros

- The hourly pay and benefits for full and part time associates are very good. - They off opportunities for growth within the company, and usually go internally before branching out. - There is no uniform. Minor dress code that is very tolerable. - Every day is different. So always learning something new.

Cons

- Management plays favorites. They choose people for promotions and tasks based on who they like more, not who is more competent or capable. - Disrespect is a huge issue among managers and associates. There is no censor in how certain supervisors speak to sales advisers. It's occurred on the sales floor in front of other sales associates AND customers. Very, very unprofessional and rude. No one should be spoken to like this especially with an audience. - Communication is lacking. People fail to explain correct procedures when asked, but criticize an individual for doing things the "wrong way". - Very fast-paced and overwhelming most of the time. - Almost always understaffed and when you're told to ask for help (on a regular basis). No one replies (going back to the communication issue). - Too much drama and gossip flying around the store.
