Pros

Good for people who know how to bootlick and grow, they call it networking

Cons

Too much of politics, incompetent middle management, make things difficult for those who actually work. No transparency. Shamelessly accept not to consider merit or performance. Good for people who showoff working through meetings and all that.

Pros

Good work life balance. Positive, kind and work environment. Alot lf good team-work.

Cons

A lack or diversity, most employees are from sweden and the uk and come from similar backgrounds. Its difficult for jrs to progress in their roles. Managers generally do not have alot of time for staff responsibilities or mentorship.
