Pros

Pays on time. Plenty of leaves.

Cons

Company have very limited projects due to which many employees lost their jobs. Doesn't organize any events. Doesn't celebrate any festival at the organization. No team outings. They simply make you work day and night as well as on weekends. In short no work-life balance.

HARMAN Response

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the relaxed and flexible work environment, which allowed you to take time off when needed. In response to the current challenges in the automotive industry, HARMAN is making strategic adjustments to ensure long-term growth. This involves ramping down in some areas so we can ramp up in others, helping us stay agile and responsive to market conditions beyond our control. We’re sorry to hear these changes impacted your overall experience. We’re also disappointed to hear that maintaining a healthy work-life balance was challenging due to workload and project timelines. Enhancing the project pipeline and fostering a more inclusive, balanced, and engaging workplace culture are ongoing priorities for us. Thank you for your honest review, and we wish you all the best in your next role.

Pros

You will get your salary on time. If you are a fresher, only join when you want a chill life.

Cons

Poor management. If you are a fresher, you will be trained in various technologies for 2-3 months. After that, you will be on the bench and later allocated to a project where you have to again start self-learning or training on the technology you are allocated. After that, you will be supported kind of tasks, but you will be still non-billable which means you are on the bench in the view of HR management. At last, after 2 months, they will force you to resign because you were unable to get a project since 2 months.
