      Pros

      Harman is a good company with stable growth. HR policies are good. Harman Connected services division has some very exciting projects and clients in Automotive and Healthcare domain.

      Cons

      Hikes are minimal. Laterals salary will be way higher than the existing employees.

      Pros

      Chill places to work for, very nice people across the board from recruiters to engineering team.

      Cons

      Requires better integration across teams, I personally don't like the fake it till you make it mentality but this is to be found everywhere nobody wants to look like they don't know something even though this is how you learn.
