      Great promisses during the hiring process.

      Cons

      - During the initial phase of interviews they give you a salary range. When the offer is submitted, expect at least 30% lower. - Terrible management, turnover avery 6 months - Bad culture, always threatening employees. Verbal harassment is part of the culture - Unstable workplace

      Best Org With Some Flaws

      Pros

      Very stable organisation backed by Samsung. Some very good projects and some very helpful and intelligent colleagues.

      Cons

      HR folks are the biggest setback in this org. Harman has a said culture that, if you resign, then nobody talks about it. Nobody tries to stop you or ask what they can possibly do for you to take your decision back. Nothing! Before I resigned, I heard the EXACT SAME from my ex-colleagues that this company wont ask or give a single try to retain you, and that's exactly what happened with me as well. P.S I am aware that this cant really be a "con" for the company, thats why gave 5 stars in review. :)

      - good for audiophiles and automotive enthusiasts - work with both hardware and software

      Cons

      - higher management decisions regarding splitting projects among different countries and teams - looking for the low cost centres at all costs - non-competitive salaries
