      Pros

      They gave good starting salary to freshers. Absolutely zero stress and no work Pressure from your seniors.

      Cons

      1.They really need to work on how to manage new Talents they hire. 2. I encountered significant difficulties in terms of support and guidance from my immediate manager. 3.Despite my proactive approach and eagerness to contribute, I consistently felt ignored and overlooked. 4. I had minimal interaction with my Manager, and my attempts to seek guidance or discuss project assignments were met with indifference. 5. limited availability of projects for freshers made it challenging to gain diverse experience and grow professionally.

      Great Company to Work for

      Culture is great. They have a flexible working hours and work from home.

      Cons

      For me, there was little progression in terms of technology and I was stuck in a very old technology project
