Pay is better than any service based company. Work life balance is okay

Cons

Management commits very tight deadlines and developers have to face the circumstances.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Harman, and I must say it was one of the worst encounters I've had with a company in my professional career

Pros

Some good projects. But depends on the project where you will get the latest tech stack.

Cons

You cant take sick leave unless you exhaust PL and CL. They do not reimburse full Broadband charges. Only 50%. For medical insurance, they take 500 INR each month from you. Plus, the top up you take you have to pay extra(which is fine because it works that way only) They are using their own bogus tools like CLM instead of JIRA and many others. They do not know what CI/CD, agile means. Their managers call Sprints as Scrum of Scrum. (hahaha funny) They are money minded organization only with some incompetent management who do not know how IT has changed today to serve its employees first. They want to become product-centric but they have to change their attitude to be product-centric. For now, they have products but their attitude is service-based. They hired me out of a product based org where I worked on cutting edge tech stack and they made me a Core Java developer even after me highlighting it thousand times. Yaa, and they think Lead has to work as CSM or CSPO. Bloody, look at the level they are working on.
