      Pros

      Nothing, Pays well but after joining one understands mistake of joining this company. Lots of attrition hence it tries to attract talent but cant sustain it. No respect for workforce and managers as well. Even startups do better.

      Mismanagement and lack of direction Total lack of empathy towards employees. Employees treated like slaves. No Culture.

      Its one of the best company to work with no work pressures from the management. You will get plenty of time learn new technologies.Very supportive management as well as HR team.

      You will have to work clients.All are old projects
