      - Great company to work. - Known well in the Puget sound region - Decent projects to work - Some excellent managers to work under - Flexible in work & culture

      Cons

      - Lost sheen after multiple transitions / acquisitions - No direction at the moment . - Lot of mid to senior level folks either quit or made to quit - More a IT body shop now.
