Worst Company i Have Ever Seen in my Whole Experience

No Projects Currently,they will hire People & TO Show to the client for Taking Projects from the clients.IF IT IS SUCCESSFUL THEN U WILL BE CONTINUED IN COMPANY OR ELSE U WILL BE FIRED FROM COMPANY. When U Join first 2 months they will do time pass & after that they will Assign a Irrelevant project which not suits to U R skill.suppose if u have worked on Weblogic they will put You in Oracle Database Admin Team or in the pl/sql Team & also they will not give u any KT OR Training when U R working on a New Technology which U don't have previous Experience.The Project work is also not as Per Market Standards they will Do all Scrap projects & Scrap WORK.if U come out from Company that SCRAP WORK WILL NOT HELP U TO SURVIVE IN IT INDUSTRY.So Never Ever join these Company.Especially for 3+ Years Exp guys should never Join these Company.i Joined these Companyin March 2017 & i Have 2 more offers from Bosch,Sabre & these guys Do time Pass for 2 months and they said it would be a Cloud Project.soon i t will be started.so iam Interested to work on Cloud Project as the market is growing towards cloud Side.In these 2 months i Stayed with Harman & i have not joined Bosch,Sabre..after 2 months they Assigned me a Worst & Scrap Project which is not Suited to My Previous Exp.and they are forcing me to work on that Scrap Project & Scrap Work. b'coz of No Other Projects they have.so Experience Candidates Never Join These Company.They will play Football with Employees Career.

No Balances in Work Life.Normally Work is for 8 Hours but Most of the Time U have to Work for 12 -14 hours & U have to stay Till Midnight also.NO Extra Compensation for Extra Hours of Work.Team Leads & Managers Will Never Recognise U R hard Work. Worst HR Policies. Salary Will be Delayed upto Mid of the Month. No Cooperation with Colleagues. No Respect Towards Employees. More Politics Work Culture In EcoSpace Campus Harman Connected Services Pvt Ltd(Previously known as Symphony Teleca) is WORST. Salary is Not as Per Market Standards.
