      1. Good Employee benefits. 2. Good hike if you are new-joiner. 3. Work environment is very professional(at least in the project that I worked in).

      Cons

      1. Work-Life balance is highly dependent on the Project you are working on. 2. Yearly appraisal is not good. 3. No compensation for the lapsed leaves.

      Avarage package. Start up type environment. Not quality work. But, have much work.

      Cons

      Developer role is also support role. Hire for product development, deploy in service based projects. A black hole if you are engaged in service based. Wise choosely only if you have ploitical career, you can sustain. Completely manager centric...no HR.

      Best reasons would be the flexibility of work hours.. No hard and fast rule of being punctual but just get the work done. I completed 1.4 years and received 17% increment being the start performer this year..I never went any site to judge the company through someone's reviews rather I chose to work with it. And suggestion would be one of the best managers, Goc leads you will get to work with.. Good exposure and managers will push you to learn,grow and explore. Best in the industry allowance (1500-n.s,1000-o.c,500-a.s/m.s),although it may vary from goc to goc. Definitely an awesome place to work at..

      The staffing should be done very carefully, judging and understanding the skill sets of people
