- Great work life balance - Very good benefits for employees - If you are moved to bench, you will be given many opportunities in other projects

Cons

- No opportunities to learn new things are to take up responsibilities - Pay is not upto the market standard - Not every talented employees will be paid accordingly - "Not good place to work" for freshers - Employees are not promoted according to their effort and talent

policies and rules are good.

Cons

My review is for QA department. There is majority of people from bengal and Orissa, And they make sure, only their relatives and their friends should take all benefits. They don't even allow other employees to take basic professional trainings provided by the HARMAN. Working conditions are worst due to these people.
