Pros
- You get to work with the best brands in audio - sense of pride associated with the brand - Good opportunities to learn - Hopefully with new management things may look better
Cons
Horrible management, HR is just namesake and too partial. The top tier of management can get away with almost anything - being insensitive, racist, abusive and insecure! Some of these managers are heavily sided by the top level, hence making the work environment really bad and toxic. The company is just not run like an MNC , rather has no cultural values in India. It is run like a 'kirana' store, due to incompetent and partial HR top management in India.
