      Pros

      Harman has a professional environment and offers nice employee discounts. Holiday party's are always a good time. Enjoyed working with my co-workers.

      Care too much about profit and not enough about the people: training & development & employee engagement (high turnover)

      Pros

      Great perks, brand heritage, and innovative culture. Now a sweat shop with very low moral.....it has only become much worse over time.

      Cons

      Pathetic Executive Management and cut throat culture. Weak product quality and unable to meet program milestones. Apple and Google are well on the path to making Harman solutions completely irrelevant.
