      Pros

      Very smart and cooperative colleagues, very cutting edge innovations, working on products that have a very wide reception. Conditions and remuneration are also pretty good.

      Cons

      The intracompany communication is not very good , you have to rely on your personal network. The stress level is pretty high, often you have to meet "impossible " timelines with insufficient resources.

      Pros

      Populated with MOTIVATED people, who want to do a good job. Good pay (until you calculate the hourly rate). No comp time, despite 60+ hour weeks.

      Cons

      Like so many other reviewers, ZERO work-life balance (12+ hours days not uncommon), heavy and continuous workload. Harman is too successful (too many programs and not nearly enough staff to support ) and HR has not kept up with demand. Outsourcing is a problem, since the other employees are 12 hours opposite US schedule. Co-workers are frustrated and burned out.
