Pros

The only benefit of working here was that you were paid on time and nothing else.

Cons

There is nothing about this organization that makes worth working here. I was hired as a full-time employee and after 3 months of joining I was allocated to a project, but I was not billed and still remained non billable which caused me a lot of issues and after 9 months of employment I was told that they have to release me from the project and have to look for other projects in the organization soon. One fine day I was asked to join a manager discussion call where I was told that the organization is planning to release me because I was on bench for so long. I was tagged to a project but I was marked as non-billable which according to the company is considered as bench and so I have to leave the organization. On 22/02/2023 I received a mail from my HR for 1-1 discussion where they asked me to resign or else, they will terminate me and will also not be given experience letter. I was not the only one who is into this. More than 35% of the work force is getting layed off but it's not on paper as they are asking the employees to resign from their end so that is don't reflect in the termination count. I got 0 learning from this organization and also there is no job security for the employees in the organization. Not only freshers but also the senior employees are also facing the same situation. So, I would like to conclude that I would never recommend anyone to join this organization even in their worst phase no one is safe in this company. I also saw total mismanagement in the organization as when I joined the organization there were two employees with the same name as mine and we both had different employee IDs but were give the same work mail because of which I faced a lot of issues during the onboarding phase. This is the worst organization I have ever seen and worked in. Never ever consider it if you have other offers as well.

Pros

There might be days when you won't have work at all. That would be your peace in chaos and you would find time for yourself. The compensation is fair.

Cons

The days when they laden you with work there would be zero work life balance. You might have to keep working over time to get the tasks completed on time. No incentives or bonus They didn't hire people during great resignation rather distributed projects among the existing developer making it difficult to meet the dead lines even more
