1. false facade of product - not even a minuscule tint of hard core product organisation where everything starts & ends with Product Management. Completely remote controlled by services wing i.e., HCS/Harman Connected Services.
2. army of mediocre Dev. & Test teams who don't have basic work ethic. Leaders engage in very open conniving tactics to mislead/manipulate team members & in turn team members give it back.
3. call it agile but execute as waterfall model - Dev. teams bomb 4-5 month work with broken/buggy features, & Test teams who come to office just for fun don't know what they test & release
4. tutoring culture - leaders obsessed with hours of scrum meetings, & making team members sit all day long in conference rooms to tight-monitor work, & still gets delivered half baked which shows the inefficacy on both sides.
5. no work gets done without war rooms - hamster wheel scenario
6. chaotic structure across on-site & off-site teams
7. hiring just for the sake of hiring - scripted interview questions
8. miserably flopped customer deployments
9. leaders decide your career path without your consent
10. deep sycophancy culture like most organisation where meritocracy takes back seat
11. leadership obsessed with calls & meetings to brainstorm on rocket science & management, where the job could be planned & executed with just common sense & commitment.
12. exit Interview - Manager just interested in what he want's to hear, & HR least bothered to take exit interview.
13. poor Office facilities - cheap & unhygienic food, pathetic cab facility
