      Pros

      You can perfectly do timepass and get minimum of 10% hike if you are able to talk back about others and share bad about your team members to manager

      Cons

      Can't improve your knowledge. Monotonous work. If you go out, you will see yourself empty unless otherwise if you are really career oriented and willing to learn technologies

      Big brand name on the whole, but a MISER

      Cons

      After acquisition from aditi, we got acquired by STC, so got NO hikes, then got acquired by Harman, again got lowest hikes, now acquired by Samsung, we stopped expecting. Telephone bill reimbursement reduced to half, Internet bill reimbursement stopped. Employee service awards reduced to half the amount for 5+.
