      Pros

      Nothing, Pays well but after joining one understands mistake of joining this company. Lots of attrition hence it tries to attract talent but cant sustain it. No respect for workforce and managers as well. Even startups do better.

      Mismanagement and lack of direction Total lack of empathy towards employees. Employees treated like slaves. No Culture.

      - Good work culture - Opportunity to grow - Many domain available: UI developer, Android developer, Backend developer, R&D, Tester. - Incentives like: Subsidized lunch, cab service, medical coverage.

      Cons

      - There is very less chance of changing your domain of work within the company - Only manager is involved in the review process and not other team-mates, so if you don't have a good repo with the manager, there is gonna be problem
