      Pros

      Mind well that Symphony Teleca is now Harman Connected Services. 1) Time flexibility. No time tracking.

      Cons

      1) 90% projects are Maintenance projects. 2) No career growth. 3) Management are partial. 4) Worse hike for juniors. 5) GOC managers are rude. In front of you they talk regarding your benefit and at your back they talk something else to your reporting manager.

      Flexible Timings, Free to do work with out asking anything

      Cons

      Politics, This is with some Managers only. You have to listen to your Manager and no questions should ask to your Manager. If you ask questions then your appraisal will be gone.
