Pros

- Good mentors who guide during you on boarding time - Compensation is on par with the market (for most of them) - No timing restriction as long as you get your work done - Short term onsite opportunities, more for the testers rather than developers

Cons

- No hands on cutting edge tech - No company transport facility for people coming from far - Mostly get work in maintenance projects. But it is how ever changing recently

Pros

Growing Company and market leader in its automotive products. It has some of the best technologies and hence has a very good learning environment

Cons

Tough germany based work culture that does not allow that amount of flexibility. There is no value to software in this company with all the top roles dominated by Hardware experts.

Pros

Flexible work timings. Work from home. Great culture, cares for employees. Supportive HR and Learning Management Team. Technology focussed.

Cons

Aditi culture is lost most acquisition. No Good Projects. Unable to sign new logos and retain existent clients. Senior and Middle management is mostly run by people who are paid exuberant salaries without adding any value to the organization. No vision. With CEO out of the company, now the show is being run by Symphony Teleca management. Old timers who were closer to Aditi CEO were well protected. Most of them are or is in the process of leaving the organization. Few have already left or asked to leave during course of time. None of the verticals are doing good except Auto and Telecom, mostly due to Harman's relationship with automotive giants. Few management folks blows things out of proportion for relatively small size deals signed. No sync between sales and delivery. False promises are made to clients leading to bad planning and execution. Hence timelines gets delayed. Few middle management new hires have ruined the culture by bringing in office politics. Every alternate person is a director. Litehouse - UX division is a biggest joke run by jokers. Most projects are actually projects for companies owned by Symphony technology group.
