      Felixible work timings, Food coupons but the food is pathetic And nothing else distinct which could be mentioned under cons

      Cons

      Employee's fate totally dependent on the whims and fancies of the client Once the project dooms, your career has little to explore as you will soon find yourself on bench HR promising big deals and JD shall never match your actual role HR would insists you to join immediately. Dont fall into the trap.

      Pros

      Great people, good pay, internal promotions available. Plant level is very team oriented. Overall I really enjoyed working here and still value the relationships I made.

      Cons

      Manufacturing has been moving to low cost countries (Mexico, China, Hungary, etc.) no work life balance. Upper management is absentee and hardly ever visits the plant level or considers plant level input when making decisions.
