      Pros

      Good benefits, profit sharing, fun products to work on, fun and creative people, deep discounts on musical and home/car entertainment equipment.

      Cons

      High turnover, even in sr. management. The best talent comes then leaves through the revolving door. President is very demanding and has no long term vision for the company.

      Organisation is recently acquired by WIPRO. I worked before acquiring. All the policies and culture is good. Except few teams, that is totally depends on the manager and other folks in your team.
