Good to start from this company
Pros
Management and people here are really helpful. Very flexible and employee friendly work culture. Being a Samsung company the extra perks given here are good as compared to other companies. You can work in Research an development teams or in a service based teams as per your wish and skills, shifting between these two departments is easy. All in all I appreciate the leadership of the seniors with whom i worked with, they were very helpful.
Cons
Nothing as such. I didn’t find any. If you are capable and have right skill set and are willing yo work, then the company provides you the right opportunities and work culture, otherwise you will find yourself hard to survive anywhere in any other company. The team here acknowledges your efforts and obviously some office politics is always there, you will find it in every company, you must need to learn how to tackle it.
