      You will get good exposure to the new technology, medium sized projects depends on which team you have been deployed, based on the projects you will get the chance to learn new things and most of will be trained by company itself. good work life balance and flexible timings. you will get the good offers and gift hampers on harman products.

      Cons

      Guidance will not be provided from Top, you are self responsible for everything you should handle the client even though it takes time to develop,top management wont take any responsibility .
