Pros

Work hours were decent. They provide equipment. Training and Nesting was structured and organized. The onboarding process was a breeze.

Cons

Scripted phone calls to assist patients with follow up appointments with specialist after ER visit. Metrics made you be too aggressive when making calls. The benefits are trash. PTO had no work/life balance. You had to use your PTO time to get paid for holidays. You were OFF and UNPAID. Processes changed every single day and it was overwhelming changing the script and expectations so often. Most of your training are web based because class training was mostly role playing. The point system was inconsiderate and they treated us like we worked in a warehouse industry. Especially with Kronos sign in processes. The support channels were unhelpful. The job description and interview was not clear on the job expectations.

Pros

Met some great coworkers who like to work as a team. Worklife is about the patients and not them.

Cons

Some coworkers will have you doing their job too, because 'it's too much work for me to do' and 'I don't get paid enough for that'. Then wonder why you have so much overtime, that wasn't there but you are doing a person job.

Pros

great culture friendly employees employee stock purchase program 401K matching cafeteria on-site at corporate headquarters in Nashville, TN no overtime required great work/life balance

Cons

health insurance coverage isn't great (united healthcare) promotions are strictly based on years of service, not performance 2% cost of living increase in salary every year (the only time you receive a larger salary increase is when you get a promotion) compensation is way lower than public accounting (~ $15K less)
