IMHO and in plain words, never join Citi Account of HCL at any level or you will perpetually suffer unreasonable customer pressure due to internal leadership crisis. Leaders from top-down are ineffective and unethical . Neither do they have understanding of tech solution to defend their own resources nor do they possess any domain knowledge of financial (payments) domain to add any value in customer’s business. With every escalation, HCL leadership tends to roll off a head or two and tries to play appeasement game with customer (blind and dumb, huh) Account is growing and why not so when Citi gives it all at billing rate over quality of resources particularly in apac region.
