well set cab facilities both ways, working as a team , support from managers and team leaders , online portal for issues which give solutions in 24hours

often changing of shifts, under pressure work at times, leave problems

Cons

No work life balance, no recognition and no good salary hike. no respect for employees. very poor Management. HCL says emploees first but never recognize their employees. money minded.
