Huge workload on some accounts Would rather teach you the process through SOPs than actual training A lot of processes are not documented A lot of information is lost due to the personnel fluctuation (having reached 1 year in the company means you are one of the experienced ones) They usually tell you that being promoted is already an opportunity and you should not expect the raise anyway - so don’t expect too much Bad management, HR won’t do their job. They are all in all not trustworthy
