Dispute every payday. If you ever applied for a service desk position, please be aware! RBS account. That account has the most toxic and inhumane working conditions I have been with. There is a salary dispute every payday. Your holiday pay will not be paid in time, and it will take 1 month to get what you worked for. The account is super understaffed and you will have to do compulsory overtime which will fall into your next dispute ticket that will be making.
