Pros

Easy job, no complicated tasks. Possibility to talk to other employees across countries. Lots of coworkers to speak to can make a boring day fun. Adds a value to resume.

Cons

Having a working system is a miracle. Always something is broken. Not allowed to use your cellphone. Pushy management that wants metrics on point. No bonuses save for leaving "an hour early" "depending on the queue". No growth opportunities. Working in Christmas Eve. A LOT of unnecessary emails.

Pros

PTO was pretty good. They have different shifts that can work for almost anyone.

Cons

Wish we got actual time and half for overtime. We only got half time for overtime in which I only worked my actual time. Pay was low for the type of position.
