Pros

Company is quite good to gain some experience if you are a fresher, it is quite easy to crack interview in such companies. Salary Pay and all the additional re-imbursements are provided on time.

Cons

Have to work in rotational shifts and over-all career growth is very low, No or Low appraisal rate & it's quite hard if you try to switch from one project to another project. Nothing much to learn in this domain.

No pros, just all cons.

Cons

All suffering to the point that almost all people from the account we handle were so fed up. We work on IT but the Management tries to align call handling like we are at Customer Service. Management will prioritize incoming calls holding our breaks 4 hours from the first time we log in at work, we will need to clean the queue first before we can take breaks or lunch?? How about you add more people rather than shoving impossible gargantuan loads of work to people? Management will also train people to different skills due to lack of people. This management also let go of people that has potential and keeps and recognize people who does nothing or do mediocare case handling. Not recommended!

Great people to work with and a Good Account.

Cons

Upper Management are focused on numbers and forgetting about the Quality of service which is bad for a Support company. Completed one year without a raise.
