With 14+ years of experience across O365, Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration, Intune, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure IaaS/PaaS, and Quest migration tools, I was looking for a place where I could contribute meaningfully while continuing to grow – and HCL has proven to be just that. I’ve already started engaging in challenging, high-impact projects that align well with my expertise. Work environment in chennai location Work culture in chennai location worrest Manager behaviour is worrest Manager is Using abusive language when we asked for sick leave or permission to go early due to health condition. They will allocate into different project in which our skillset will not match with project. Without matching skill they will allocate work to you. Manager will torcher you to work without having proper knowledge, even if we put papers then also his torcher will be there to serve 90days notice period while in probation period. Then employee has no option otherthan absconding.
