Training for freshers is strong, and the company provides structured learning resources. Work environment is stable and supportive, with helpful seniors and good process guidelines.
Cons
If freshers are assigned to support projects, there is very limited scope for improvement. Despite being trained in Java Full Stack for months, I was moved to a Mainframe project due to project availability. This mismatch affects skill development and long-term growth.

Low pay and minimal raises / limited benefits — Its based on the project margins so its all depends on how management keeps the budget/profits. Slow or stagnant career growth / limited upward mobility — there’s little growth if you stay long-term and in getting promotions
