      Pros

      There’s a lot of good at Henry Schein. Reading through other reviews, it is there. The culture is strong.

      Cons

      A lot of change and some of it seems like it’s done for no reason. There have been a lot of executive promotions of people who nobody knows which is alarming as we are trying to build the future. Sometimes, we don’t even know if a leader has left the company or retired. We find out when an email bounces back. This year, we are forced to have D&I goals which feels wrong. Virtual workplace is challenging to understand what is going on outside of your business group.

      Pros

      It's a great work environment - everyone brings a great enthusiasm to work and it makes coming into the office fun and enjoyable. Culture is an important priority to the executive team and it is very clear to see. HS promote a healthy work arrangement which allows you to work from home and you can also create your own work hours which I have benefited from.

      Cons

      Being a large company, process change is often difficult. But, that comes with all large companies.
