      Pros

      Team spirit - everybody is all about helping new comers, and really making sure you get what you're supposed to be doing. Lovely co-workers. Also benefits. And donuts on Fridays :)

      Cons

      The job itself is really stressful. You need to know a LOT, the sales reps can be wonderful or absolutely horrendous, and what you're doing is customer service combined with data entry. Blergh. Charged with enforcing rules that the sales reps constantly try to bend, and often only serve to profit the company.

      Corporate office is very strong, stock is great.

      Middle Management can't be trusted because all they are doing is looking for their next promotion.

      Great team of people to work with. Everyone is very supportive. Management cares about everyone and listens when suggestions are made.
