      Company is in recession proof market

      Cons

      Watching huge bonus' in the millions of dollars if not billions while they layoff people in the $30 to $55 range. The give sparingly to charity and create high media profiles for the small contributions to earn the title of Most Admired Company. The CEO is a Rock Star CEO who likes to be on TV and continuously just pushes buttons to make acquisitions, using the money he saved by terminating people that need jobs. Company organic growth is terrible and working environment at a lower level, you get to watch VPs and Directors trying to keep their jobs.

      Almost impossible to get fired from. Good team morale and camaraderie. Very fair with employees.

      Cons

      Unless in sales, pay raises are marginal (think 1-3% per year).
