      A warehouse where striving to be the best is frowned upon

      Pros

      The staff they do employ have a bond with one and other which is positive and is one of the main benefits of working within the warehouse

      Cons

      Poor communication between higher members of staff and warehouse employees. Occasionally felt like a drone atmosphere where if any employee was to ask questions or aim for something higher, they were shot down and replaced by another young employee willing to work for the company.

      Pros

      Managers are good people who actually care versus the usual cut-throat execs of other large companies. Employees are friendly, intelligent and in it for the long haul. You can pretty much chart your own course and pick what team you want to go to.

      Cons

      Limited health benefits, moderate pay just on the edge of good enough but some great people leave due to salary limitations. While success is applauded it can sometimes take a while to move up a level in your field.
