      Training Company culture of caring for its employees

      Cons

      Low salary Near impossible to grow territory in a mature market with established relationships Unlike other similar opportunities, HS, does not give you a budget, everything you spend on your prospects/customers comes out of your personal budget Unless you are a recent college grad with balls of steel, I would look elsewhere

      Does not take care of their employees Very few perks Very political Even if you prove yourself you will wait years for a promotion. If someone in management dislikes you they can sway a decision to get you promoted very easily. Do not take care of their employees, would rather have a better stock in the market.
