Pros

Pension, nice office, lovely colleagues, good Managers....mostly. I should say flexi but won't (see below)

Cons

I would have said flexi as a pro but in my department it is frowned upon to build any or take any. The G7 seems to have made up their own rules with regard to flexi. Constantly sent negative emails, changes galore. Do not use mobiles is a constant message even though there has been literally no work to do for a couple of months. Senior managers out of touch and seem to be out to make an impression for their own ends
