Pros

It's a fair place to work, nowhere near as bad as some people say. Good opportunities to progress and at the moment is one of the highest paying government departments.

Cons

You may rarely meet your team mates. Teams very scattered, but despite that you still have to go to the office a majority of the time, which is pointless when all your colleagues work at the other end of the country.
