I liked that I was able to choose the time I wanted to start and finish for the day, my contract was also fully remote.

Cons

I didn’t like how I would be moved around to different departments and have no say in the decision.

The team I worked in was relatively fresh and proactive. Pension.

Cons

The contractors, the o-so-many contractors there to deliver things which they never deliver, so they can continue to get extensions on their contracts. An unwillingness to attempt to have a competitive renumeration package which would keep the continual brain drain of top performers leaving for private companies.
