Super flexible around rota and benefits are great. Management are really nice and seem to care about wellbeing

Cons

Could pay a little better, the jump from AO to EO isnt alot but the jump from EO to HEO is huge. Yet EO position is one of the hardest roles in business. Recommend higher wage.

Decent pay, always on time, payrise each year depending on what was agreed. Just aprox. 3.50% increase this year (which should happen from November)
