Fun people (for the most part) exciting job and lots of career progression

Cons

Public sector so no one really cares Worked through out covid then given an 8% pay cut and made to work more weekends and more night shifts. It’s impossible to get fired

Seems to be a lot of safety in the job, which is positive in unsettling times. There is also a fairly decent canteen

Cons

No innovation in the work, difficult to get promoted without 'applying' for it, very very slow, seems like everyone follows the same path and not a lot of room for creativity
