Pros

Friendly team, decent salary and low expectations.

Cons

The HR function is incredibly ineffectual. Lots of talk but practically no action, particularly from senior leaders who are habitually adverse to taking responsibility. The business (particularly operational areas) are incapable of looking beyond the end of their nose and do little planning but then throw their toys out the pram when they don't get what they want, despite only asking for it after it was actually needed. HR leadership (and Enabler functions generally) refuses to push back and throws resource at the short-term problems rather than trying to address the long-term cause. Thoroughly depressing and toxic place to work.
