Pros

An exciting place to work, always lots happening and lots of projects available to enhance your career. Colleagues are supportive, friendly and there is good teamwork

Cons

Work can be very pressured. Some parts of the business have a problem with a bullying culture but this isn't everywhere. Some of the senior leaders have been promoted due to who they know rather than what the know.
