Pros

The employment terms and conditions are good, pay is fair, 30 days annual leave, sick pay and pension scheme.

Cons

Terrible culture, nepotism, favouritism, lazy, lazy staff, poor management who never challenge, antiquated equipment and old fashioned long winded processes, protectionism, excuses not to change or do things differently, not a meritocracy, career progression based on who you know and how hard you lick their back side and so much more.
